Halloween party

We had a halloween party at Bec's house. It was really fun. The food was disgusting to look at but delicious to the taste. We had fingers, skull, worms in dirt, eyeballs, hot wings (I don't know how what halloween thing that was supose to be), and blood to drink. Then the older cousins set up a super scary haunted house in the garage. It was great. I loved it so much I went through 2 times and wanted again but the sheet fell down. It was really fun and I am glad they planned it when I was down.

how can uncomfortable be so comfortable?

This morning, Sage, decides to wake up at 5:50 a.m. Usually, I will get up when Sage gets up. Cole was already in the livingroom watching t.v. I got her out of bed, changed her diaper, and told her where Cole was. I have had a really rough 4 nights with the combination of my kids awakening at crazy hours. Sometimes staying up, somtimes going back to sleep with back to back of the next kid awakening. I was NOT getting up. I had already snapped at Will for banging his shoes against a wall and I knew I needed sleep. (I called and apolagized to Will later.) So I start to doze when Sage comes down the hall crying. I know she just wants me to get up with her but I just can't do it. I tell her I am not getting up but if she wants, she can lay with me in the bed. So with that, she climbs on up and lays down to get comfortable, with the back of her head directly on my forhead. I try to move and make her comfortable in anothe position...her head comes right back up and lays on my head. She had downy soft hair that is tickeling my face and her skull is not comfortable anyway. I try to move her again but a repeat. Okay, I am so tired, I can fall asleep anyway....and I do. Everytime she moves he body her head would slip a little and back it would come. I didn't do much but doze for a second awaken, doze a second, etc. All the time thinking, "how is this comfortable to her? It is like sleeping on a rock." Then I remember back to when Cole would come sleep with me in the early a.m. He would always lay across my neck. his head would use my neck as a pillow. Not terribly comfortable for me but not as bad as Sage's position. But still, strangely comfortable in thought to be snuggled up so closely to my children.
