A few weeks ago Cannwin told how she was given the advice to give her kids 100 kisses a day. Okay, I kiss my kids way over that a day. I can't help it, they are so loveable. One day, Cole was onery. I told him to hold still so I could kiss him 100 times. He was pouting at first and by kiss 30, he was lauging his head off. He loved it. Now everyday, I stop him sometime and tell him he needs his 100 kisses. He will laugh and run off. I always get him. Today, I gave him 10 and then he ran off and I wanted to do the dishes so I stopped to do the dishes. A few minutes later I hear a timid voice say, Mom, you need to give me 90 more kisses. Of couse I dropped everything and finshed the mission. Later on I was walking down the hall and he says, "Mom, I need to give you 100 kisses!" I bend down so he can. He got to ten before he was laughing like a madman and ran off. I will take the ten.
Sage loves when I kiss her. Giving her 100 kisses is less work but not any less of a pleasure. She always laughs and wants me to kiss her tummy because, "it tickles!". She would rather get smooches than kisses though.
McKelle hasn't ever been hard to kiss on. She may grow out of this easiness though and until then, we will love on her all the time. When she does grow out of it, we will have to make it a game too. Thanks Cannwin!
